that the right to a jury trial is as fundamental as the right to vote;<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the Oklahoma Constitution which states that the right of trial by jury shall be and remain inviolate;<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

That our system of justice is the only level playing field between citizens of unequal wealth and resources;<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

That every citizen should have meaningful access to the courts;<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

That the playing field of justice should be level, and not tilted in favor of special interests;<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

That laws which limit damages for pain, suffering, paralysis, and permanent impairment discriminate against women, children and the elderly;<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

That juries, not legislators, should determine the value of human suffering on a case-by-case basis;<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

That laws which shift the burden of attorneys fees to the loser of a lawsuit prevent all but the wealthy from obtaining justice;<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

That corporations and individuals who cause serious injury or death by their negligent medical care, their manufacture of defective products or drugs, or their denial of health care benefits, should be held fully accountable for their actions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
